Lois Auta engages NASS, seeks affordable, inclusive and accessible healthcare services for PWDs

TQM report,

The founder and CEO of Cedar Seed Foundation, Lois Auta presented a memo at the joint public hearing of the Senate and House of Representative organized by the Senate Committee on Healthcare and Communicable Diseases on Thursday seeking affordable, inclusive and accessible health services for persons with disabilities in Nigeria.

The hearing was on the “a Bill for an Act to Repeal the Quarantine Act CAP Q2 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 and Enact the Health Emergency Act 2021 and for Other Related Matters 2021”.

In her facebook wall, Madam Lois said, “In the future, I hope to be sponsoring bills on behalf of persons with disabilities. Many thanks to those who made this possible!”.

You will recall that Madam Lois was an aspirant to House of Representative at the last general elections, it is most likely she is warming up once again to seek for a seat at the red or green chamber, only time will tell.

Below are some pictures of the event
