In the pursuit of organizational excellence and sustainability, FAECARE Foundation recently organized a comprehensive Organizational Development (OD) training session aimed at enhancing its internal systems. Supported by a grant from the Disability Rights Fund (DRF), FAECARE Foundation seized the opportunity to elevate its financial management practices through targeted training and consultation.
The one-day training, attended by board members, staff, and volunteers of FAECARE Foundation, was facilitated by an experienced accounts consulting firm. The focus of the session was on upgrading the organization’s existing financial policy to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability in financial management.
“Organizational Development is a key aspect of every organization,” stated a representative from FAECARE Foundation. “We recognize the importance of constantly reviewing and improving our internal systems to better serve our mission and stakeholders.”
