FSCF celebrates Children with disabillities at Christmas, urges Gov. Obaseki to sign disability bill into law

Friends of Special children Foundation (FSCF) have urged Nigerians to extend love to persons with disabilities.


A benin based activist and Executive director, Friends of Special Children Foundation, Mr Onome Otueroro wants Nigerians to extend Love, care and affection to children with special needs as they mark Christmas and New year celebration.


Mr Onome Otueroro stated this at a Christmas party he organized for some children with special needs held in Benin city.

Jimoh Ogirima report that Mr Onome Otueroro further appealed to Governor Obaseki to as a matter of urgency signed the disability bill into law currently pending before him, adding that such gesture will go a long way in addressing the plights of the physically challenge in the State.

In a remark, a guest speaker, State focal person, Edo state Social Investment Program, Ms Osayuwame Aladeselu said the Edo state Government will Continue to help the plights of the physically challenge in the State.

Some children with special needs, Vivian Jude, Felicia Njoku and Osazee omokaro who are visually impaired, called on the Edo state Government to come to their aid in revamping the school for the blind and address insucurity ravaging the state.

High points of the event was the distribution of food and some clothing materials to the Children with special needs.
