The Chairman, EKITI STATE AGENCY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, Hon. OBANISE AKIN-OLUGBENGA has congratulated the Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi on the occasion of his third anniversary of his second term in office.
OBANISE while rejoicing with the governor said Fayemi has placed Disability community in Ekiti on the path of sustainable development, so far within the 3 years
“We are happy that Ekiti State disability community is not doing badly amongst its peers, rather we are leading in terms of inclusion in governance.
Obanise while itemising the achievements of the governor for the PWDs in the state to include the signing of the Disability Bill into law, the establishment of the State Office of Disability Affairs, Ekiti State Agency for Persons with Disabilities and the appointment of Senior Special Assistant on Disability Matters, and assuring us of 5% benefits in any opportunities in the state.
We may not have gotten to the promised land but, we are certainly on a right path to sustainable development with the able and visionary leadership of governor Fayemi …
