The Chairman GFO Orim, Chief Hon. Martin Orim earlier today, 8th May 2022 added a smile on Juliana Utsu’s face by gifting her a wheelchair to ease her movement.
The gift became imperative after Juliana Utsu reached out to Immaculata Ukpong appealing for assistance through GFO Orim Foundation.
After due assessment of the appeal, the Chairman of the foundation, Hon. Martin Orim approved her request and delegated a team from the foundation led by Immaculata Ukpong to present the wheelchair.
While Presenting the Wheelchair, Ukpong Immaculata expressed Hon. Martin’s readiness to always extend a helping hand to the downtrodden and asked all to put him in their prayers.In appreciation, Lady Juliana Utsu thanked Hon. Martin Orim for reaching out to her within a very short notice. She narrated how difficult it was for her to go to Church and other places of importance.She asked God to move Hon. Orim to greater heights to enable him continually reach out to people like her in the future.
The All Progressives Congress ward Chairman of Bendi 1 where Juliana hails from, Mr. Uwaya Justine, in a closing remark, described Hon. Orim as humanitarian per excellence and a man passionate about people’s plight.
He pledge loyalty and support to Chief Martin Orim and his aspiration. He also prayed that God continues to protect Chief Martin Orim from every obstacle set along his path.
