A group of persons with disabilities in Lagos, in protest, blocked Oba Akinjobi Road, Ikeja, over alleged refusal of the High Court to pay them over N8 million judgment sum.
The police had made unyielding attempts to clear the road as the physically challenged men and women sat on the road.

It is an advocacy tool or public enlightenment campaign platform to change the mindset of the public about disability because if the public understand the situation, Disability Inclusion will improve and Persons With Disabilities will be able to participate in social, economic and political activities.
