Mohammed Abba Isa, the newly elected APC Disability Leader Northeast zone has registered his appreciation for his party, APC for the rare opportunity given to retain his post as the Northeast Zonal disability leader.
“It is natural for one to aspire to a higher office. I wanted to contest for the office of National Disability leader but the office was zoned to Southwest. As a party man, I accepted it because I believed in the ideology of the progressive Family(APC), I have to abide by the rule and principles of our great party” he said.
Nevertheless, he appreciated his mentor, the immediate past chairman caretaker committee of APC and the Executive Governor of Yobe state, His Excellency, Hon Mai Mala Buni for his unflinching support and for believing in his capacity and rich experience to administer the affairs of Persons with Disabilities in his zone.
“I will also like to acknowledge the Vice-Chairman Northeast of APC, Comrade Mustapha Salihu for the Support and words of encouragement. My gratitude goes to the chairman of APC , Yobe, Alh Gadaka and the members of the executive council for standing with me” he added.
He said that he will forever remain grateful to friends, well-wishers and even those he did not mention that contributed to his success at the just concluded APC convention.
He prayed for Almighty Allah blessings upon every one who participated in any way to his success.
