It was tears and sadness in the disability community as they lost one of their finest on Monday 21st March, 2022.
Udochukwu Jonathan was a wheelchair user who was working with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) before his death.
He was found dead in his house at Kurudu Army Estate, Abuja on Monday in his own pull of blood.
Eye witness told TQM that he was stabbed in his belle and he lost a lot of blood because there was blood all over the place.
We were told also that his killer/killers took away his two phones.
Jonathan was single and he was living alone, he had a driver that doesn’t live with him and a cleaner that used to come around to clean the house and wash his clothes.
Sister lives close so he used to visit her every morning on his way to work. Yesterday, his sister didn’t see him, she called him severally but no response then she decided to visit and found him already dead in his apartment. She alerted his neighbours.
At the time of filing this report, his driver is no where to be found and his number is not reachable.
Jonathan’s body has been take away by ambulance to the mortuary.
We are hopeful that the police will spring into action to unravel the cause of his death and bring his killers to book.
