Mohammed Abba Isa after receiving the award of Excellency, Ability in Disability, visited the Executive Secretary of National Commission for Persons With Disabilities (NCPWD), Mr. James David Lalu, to present the award.
According to Abba, the award belongs to persons with disabilities in Nigeria, that’s why it is presented to Mr. James David Lalu who is the chief custodian of Disability affairs in Nigeria.
Abba also said that the award is all PWDs who have lived beyond Disability.
