The newly appointed Executive Chairman of the Plateau State Disability Rights Commission, Miss Kyennan Mizim assumed office amdst jubilation from management and staff of the Commission led by the Secretary of the Commission, Carl Gurumyen indicating a warm reception.
Mizim who described her appointment as home coming having worked as a member in the commission before sued for the cooperation of both management and staff by cultivating team spirit.
She expressed her determination to unite the clusters of disabilities in the state as well as partner with the national commission and other relevant bodies to make life meaningful for the disadvantaged disables in the state.
She expressed her readiness to advocate to relevant authorities for inclusiveness and easy accessibilities for persons with disabilities in the state. Other members of the commission are Deignmuk M. Damasus, Seth Attah, Gyang Joshua Zi and Catherine Kyamwan
