DTAN condemns Dana Air over unfair treatment of persons with disabilities

Deaf Teachers Association of Nigeria (DTAN) have spoken up in Solidarity with Mrs. Catherine Edeh Nnadi, a fellow Deaf Lawyer and Human right Activist who was not given satisfactory service By Dana Air on Tuesday 23rd March 2021.

In the group press statement signed by theirr Assistant Secretary, the group informed that despite being a distinguished person with disability, she was stranded in the Lagos airport and rather than customer service of Dana Air to do their job, they decided to discriminate against

Mrs. Edeh Nnadi which Deaf Teachers are joining her In solidarity to protest against her unfair treatment.

While this is not going to be the first time an incidence like this will be rearing its ugly head, the group called on Dana Air to reorient their staff on customer satisfaction and non discrimination against the Deaf and people with Disabilities in general.
