SCIAN Kano Chapter Secretariat is the venue of the Lux Terra Leadership Foundation Advocacy and Networking meeting on the 23rd December 2021.
The first of its kind in the state. Fatima S Karaye represents the national coordinator of the Lux Terra Leadership Foundation Dr Inya. Dr Inya joined the meeting via phone call to briefly discuss the aims of the Lux Terra Leadership Foundation under the “Our Big Five”, she said that she will be coming to Kano state next year to further strengthen the future foundation project in the state.
The high caliber of the people who attended the meeting cut across the movers in the society, were very optimistic about the desired objectives of the Lux Terra Leadership Foundation project and they had given thier assurance to support the foundation initiatives that were of benefit to the people of the state.
In attendance at the meeting are Prof Auwal Kawu, a one time country representative of UNESCO, President of the Kano State Civil Societies Forum, KCSF Alhaji Ibrahim Waiya who was represented by the KCSF Secretary General Mr Peter and Farouk his assistant, the Executive Secretary, Kano State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA Comrade Sale Aliyu Jili who was represented by the Assistant Director Rehabilitation Sani Ussaini, the state Coordinator of the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption, ROLAC Alhaji Ibrahim, Prof Isa Lawan, a Consultant of Physiotherapy and Lecturer BUK/AKTH, Ibrahim Garba Baffa of the Kanawa Educational Foundation For The Disabled, Hajiya Bilkisu A Zango of the National Association of Women Journalist, NAWOJ, the SCIAN Kano Chapter members, Engr Abdul Haruna Chairman SCIAN, Abdurrahman U Daushe Vice Chairman, Abdullahi M Tukur Secretary II, Shuaibu Halliru PRO, Abdurazak SCIAN Sectariat office assistant, Rabi SCIAN office assistant, Lawan caregiver to Secretary II. SCIAN KN remains grateful for hosting the meeting of the Lux Terra Leadership Foundation the first of the its kind in Kano.
