Hope Alive For Possibilities Initiative (HAPI) on Friday 24th March, 2023 organized a One Day Strategic plan Review Meeting for the Board of Trustees Members.
Hope Alive for Possibilities Initiative is a women led organization of persons with disabilities that works to facilitate the inclusion of women and girls with disabilities linking UNCRPD, SDGs, Africa 2063 and Nigeria Disability Act.
The Executive Director, HAPI, Aver Akighir told TQM that HAPI is currently in the process of developing a 5 year strategy plan 2023-2028.
That’s why they invited their board/trustees members to this strategy plan review meeting with the aim at capturing their thoughts, comments and inputs which are very critical to guide our work in addressing issues of injustice, discrimination and stigmatization of against persons with disabilities especially women and girls.
“The meeting’s goal is to highlight the key scope and methodologies HAPI will employ to achieve her goals and objectives” she added.
The meeting was conducted with full participation of the board members both physically and online.
Some members joined the meeting via WhatsApp call to participate.
