ECES team visits TAF, discusses PWDs involvement in electoral process

ECES team visited The Albino Foundation(TAF) to discuss the future of Persons with Disabilities and election processes in Nigeria on Friday.

Both Parties discussed the importance of advocacy and the possible future of persons with PWDs in Nigeria taking up government positions.

The founder and CEO of TAF, Jake Epelle who was handy to welcome the delegation, shared the current accomplishments, projects of TAF with ECES team and expressed hopes to deepen TAF relationship with ECES for the benefit of PWDs in electoral process in Nigeria.

The Qualitative Magazine is the foremost Disability advocacy magazine in Nigeria. It is an educative, empowerment and informative disability advocacy magazine championed by persons with disabilities. Its advent is borne out of the necessity to fill the void left by the media to give the persons with disabilities and other less privileged persons a voice. It is an advocacy tool or public enlightenment campaign platform to change the mindset of the public about disability because if the public understand the situation, Disability Inclusion will improve and Persons With Disabilities will be able to participate in social, economic and political activities.
