The training brought together 35 participants from diverse sectors, including Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA), and the State Ministries of Health and Education. Importantly, every one of Bauchi State’s 20 local government areas was represented by a dedicated Desk Officer, ensuring the training’s impact reaches even the most remote communities.

Recognizing the need for continuity, the Executive Secretary of the Bauchi State Agency for Persons with Disabilities pledged to organize quarterly refresher courses. “Our mission is clear,” the Executive Secretary affirmed. “We are committed to building the capacity of service providers and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This is about creating a Bauchi State where no one is left behind.”
